Welcome to the website for ADCRA- Arkansas Dwarf Car Racing Association, a non-profit organization.  Classics and Mod-Lites, AKA Dwarf Cars, are made from tube-frame chassis powered by motorcycle engines (at 1000cc for ADCRA) and covered by sheet metal.  These cars have all the racing components comparable to the bigger cars.  This sport has been around for over 25 years and it's popularity has grown due to the affordability and the addiction it causes!  Don't let these small cars fool you- they are extremely competitive and can turn lap times comparable to the bigger cars!!  Every driver takes all safety precautions that include wearing a fire-retardant suit, racing gloves and shoes, arm restraints and/or window netting, helmet, and safety harness.  Each driver accumulates points as the season goes on.  At the end of the season, there will be a banquet to honor those that have done their best to earn a spot in the top 10, and to honor the best newcomer, also known as Rookie of the Year.   Join us for an exciting year to come as our drivers race to become the 2013 ADCRA Champion!!

                     NEWS:

***NEW WEIGHT REQUIREMENT***
#1280 IS THE MINIMUM WEIGHT WITH DRIVER IN CAR- THIS IS DUE TO I-30 SPEEDWAY'S SCALES CAN ONLY MEASURE IN 10# INCREMENTS- THIS WAS VOTED UPON AT LAST I-30 RACE SO PLEASE CHANGE YOUR NUMBERS ON YOUR HOOD TO REFLECT THIS CHANGE.

Our next scheduled race is Saturday May 18, 2013 at I-30 Speedway.

There have been a few rule changes as well for 2013.

1- Motor rule change- only have 2010 motors or older- Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda

2- There was the issue about tires brought up at the meeting, that is post-poned until more research is made.

3- Tech committee members have changed:
2013 Tech committee members:
Paul Ording
Blake Wilson
Keith Wilson
Benny Baker
Rodney Tanner

If you have any tech issues, please see one of these guys and they will discuss it as a group and proceed from there with a solution.  These 5 guys are also the only people allowed in the Teching area after each race, along with the driver of the car and car owner.  No one else should be in that area during teching after a race.  Things went really well last year with this new process.
Please pass on to family members and friends to wait away from the tech area to talk to you or congratulate you if you are in this area.  Tech needs to be done in a timely manner so that the payouts can be done when everyone passes post race tech.
With that said, tech members please park your car in your pit and come to tech area-
don't pack your things and then come- we need you there immediately after the race.

Only the Top 3 are to be teched after each Feature Race.  (All top 5 will still need to weigh). Only these 3 cars should be in the tech area.
***Tech area will still be beside the scales unless there are other cars already teching there***

Rookies will still start tail-back for their first 4 complete races. This does not matter if you have driven in another class before.

Rules are always posted on http://www.adcra.org/

*** Your car/motor must be teched and PASS inspection before it will be allowed to participate in any ADCRA race- IF IT IS NOT TECHED, BE PREPARED TO BE DISQUALIFIED FOR THE NIGHT (AND UNTIL IT IS DONE)-  IF YOU HAVE TO CHANGE MOTORS DURING THE YEAR, NOTIFY SOMEONE ON THE TECH TEAM OR JEROMY AS SOON AS YOU CAN TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO TECH IT ***

ADCRA will be racing at I-30 Speedway & possibly others for the  2013 Season.  Schedule is subject to change- check weekly for updates and/or changes.
